The Little Gym

Alright so The Little Gym http://www.littlegym.com/ is the best thing in the world for Hannah! She can walk, run, climb, flip, jump, sing, throw a ball, kick a ball, spin, and learn so many new things in a safe environment! We went for a free trial class this morning and I can't say enough good things.

Somehow in the above picture Hannah just doesn't have the look of trust that I can help
her do what the teacher just did!

Up and over!

It was a success!

They have this thing where you touch your childs toes, knees, and belly to the bar in a rhyme and eventually the goal is to teach them a pullover on the bar. Hannah dove right in even though they are close to the end of the session.

Only about 15minutes is actual gymnastics type stuff. The other 30 minutes is playing, directions, singing, and just plain learning things through an explorative environment. They have a different theme every week and this really is a great thing in my opinion! We are excited to go back next week! And as you can imagine we left with Hannah kicking and screaming to go back in! Yeah little gym!

A Nampa bike tour..

We are determined to see Nampa in as many perspectives as we can this summer! After David and Sam's Grandma and Grandpa gave us this nifty helmet (because their head's were too big...shhhhh!) we decided we should put it to good use and get on a bike! They have these nifty new child bike seats that go inbetween the adult and the handlebars instead of on the back of the bike. Hannah loves it! As we were riding around she kept saying wow...wow...wow..wow... So I think we have a big hit and will see a lot of Nampa and Boise this summer from a bike!

Corned beef?

My mom said today was St. Patrick's Day and we would get to have corned beef today. I was so excited I have never seen Corned Beef so close! There was not only 1 Corned Beef there was 2 Corned Beefs! Sadie was even brave enough to sniff nose to nose with the brown Corned Beef and she didn't even get kicked! I love Corned Beef... I think the black one was named Cabbage cause dad said Corned Beef and Cabbage was his favorite. They are my favorite too!

We can't keep Hannah inside!

Here's a couple of random pics from the day first. Above is Hannah's favorite shoes. With some help she can almost get them on herself and she loves it! (I say almost but really she only knows her foot goes in the hole!)

Hannah just loves these flowers, she will walk around playing with them all day. I'm starting to wonder if she is practicing for her flowergirl roll in some future weddings... (Cough..Tara..Cough..Jean......Wink! Wink!)

We will have no choice but to enjoy the summer outside this year! Hannah has already claimed it as her favorite thing to do! (Besides throwing rocks which is a ton of fun too!) We are trying to take advantage of the awesome weather before it gets to hot... Anyone wanna come play?

There is a park nearby that we can let Hannah go down most of the slides on her own and she loves it!

It also allows her to get her climb on! There is nothing too tall for her! If there is some kind of hand or foot hold Hannah will end up on top of it!

The Daurer Plague

Our request is simple enough. Prayer. In the past month we've enjoyed only 5 to 7 days of health. Hannah seems to be getting the worst of it all. We're fighting respiratory issues now and pray the end is near! We are having as much fun with it as we can. They've come up with lots of creative ways for kids to get their meds! Hannah loves it that she has a mask like the one John wears in the shop and we are greatful that it is not so much of a struggle to give her meds!
