My mom said today was St. Patrick's Day and we would get to have corned beef today. I was so excited I have never seen Corned Beef so close! There was not only 1 Corned Beef there was 2 Corned Beefs! Sadie was even brave enough to sniff nose to nose with the brown Corned Beef and she didn't even get kicked! I love Corned Beef... I think the black one was named Cabbage cause dad said Corned Beef and Cabbage was his favorite. They are my favorite too!

It is nice to know that there's other Irish folk(like myself) out there. That sure doesn't look like the corned beef my parents made me eat though. We will have to get to the bottom of this.
