Shake it!

I have sang this song to the girls since they were little trying to teach them where their noses are.  They love it now and are complete goofballs when we sing it to them!  Enjoy!

Always amazes me

These days the twins are so busy on the go, it is rare we get to take the time to just sit back and stare at them.  That is why the two pictures below are my latest favorites of them.

The girls have been growing so quickly and accomplishing so much lately that is it hard to sit back and just look at how amazing they are, even while asleep.  We may never know why God decided to bless us with twins, and even though there are days that we are unsure how we will make it until their 8pm bedtime, we are both excited and thrilled that He did give us this challenge.
All 3 of our girls will grow and do amazing things.  Things we have a difficult time even imagining/dreaming for them at this age.  None of us know what the future will hold, but I believe we have a good idea of where it's headed.  And the future for our 3 girls is big, bright, and amazing.  We are so blessed it's incredible.

Braids already?

I can hardly believe it, but I was able to braid Brooke's hair!  They are two of the tiniest braids I have ever seen and my Aunt Sue joked that she is sure I put in hair extensions!  But it's true, it's true!  It was no easy task, which I why I didn't attempt it on Aspen yet!  Brooke LOVES to have her shoulders massaged and so in order to successfully braid her hair I would have to massage... braid... massage... braid... you get the point!  Look at them though, they are SO cute!

We'll take two please...

Two creative ways to strap in rambunctious twins who try to escape from the stroller....
Two appointment slots back to back... (Even though they only use one of them!)
 Two co-pays...
 Two foot scrapings...
Two bags of blueberries, crackers, strawberries, cheesepuffs, and desperately 4 suckers!
And finally... two diagnosis of Dyshidrotic eczema leading to two prescriptions, two prescription copays, two X two applications two times a day (which equals 8 if you're counting) and way more than two diaper changes throughout the day.

P.S.  All this before 2 pm of course.  :)  I should have put more into the flexible spending account this year!

Silly girls

 A different pillow for everyday...
Hannah has a collection of pillows, similar to most woman's collection of shoes!  :)  Only her obsession is a little worse than shoes.  She is obviously trying to use every single pillow at the same time!
Aspen is showing some natural talent for music.  She can definitely keep a beat!  We'll see where it all goes!
And Brooke thinks that there is nothing better than morning cartoons while sitting on top of a warm dog in the warm sunbeam.  What a good girl Sadie is!

Random fun

Today John showed up with some children's sized press on nails for Hannah...  The above picture says it all.  She was T-H-R-I-L-L-E-D!
Who needs legos when you have canned goods?  The twins will stack cans any day...
Entertains them anywhere from 30-45minutes easily!
Our little Goldilocks  :)  Hannah really enjoys having different hair styles and curls tend to be her favorite!
Hannah was thrilled that Dr.G dropped off some eggs from her chickens.  She had no problem eating them and was super excited!
And the dreaded time out wall.  The twins have learned quickly...  maybe a little too quickly, Ha!
